CONCEPT OF PERSONALITY STYLE :-

It is said that 20% of person’s professional success is generated by task-related skills, and 80% is a function of people skills – how well the worker gets along with others. If this is true, and personal experience generally supports these numbers, then improving interpersonal skills directly contributes to professional success.
You have probably been using at least some of the principles of personality style without knowing it. But we’ll begin with the basics:
Style develops over time.
Style is described in validated models.
Style explains some personal differences.
Every style has strengths and weaknesses.
